  • How can I know if this will benefit me?

    First, this program goes deeper than following a meal plan and expecting X result. Everyone will get something different out of this program, because everyone is in a different place. This program is designed to provoke self inquiry to spark change. Through this you will discover your barriers as well as your potential. I've helped hundreds of people over the past 6 years, not only improving their relationship with food, but in finding more balance in their lives overall. The energy you put into this program is what you'll get out of it. If you put in the work, I believe you too can find what you're looking for.

  • What's the time commitment for this program?

    About 1 hour each week. Weekly lessons include 2-4 educational sessions (5-15 minutes each), 1 yoga practice (20-30 minutes each), 1 journaling exercise, 1 experiential challenge (a challenge for you to try that week) OR 1 guided meditation. The program is designed to be realistic for busy schedules while still giving you quality content to work through each week. You can do everything in 1 day each week or spread it out. Whatever works for you! Just commit to setting aside this time for yourself each week.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    Forever! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need.

  • What if I've never tried yoga before?

    No worries. The physical practices are suitable for various levels of experience. It's important to know that the practices are not beginner specific, so there may be a slight learning curve if this is your first experience with yoga, however options for various poses are provided. The intention of these practices is to feel embodied and move, not to practice advanced poses. ALWAYS practice at your level, there's no shame in coming out of a pose when needed or taking a different option. Only do what you're comfortable with. We will be practicing a few different types of yoga including hatha, vinyasa flow and restorative. So there will be calmer practices as well as a few more "challenging" routines to feel into your strength!
